Sheila has 37 years of knowledge and experience as an expert beauty therapist and seven years as a trained assessor, where her friendly and positive approach to training has proved to be very successful. over fifteen years ago, she became interested in holistic therapy and became a Reiki Master in 2001 to help individuals in all stages of life, to cope with bereavement, stress, anxiety attacks, lack of confidence, depression and offer an emotional release and spiritual awakening helping to restore their lives.
